Our engineers and technicians can conduct onsite application-specific plant and process installations, assess site-specific needs, as well as advise clients on how to best optimise their production.
We also deliver optimised solutions to site and install or retrofit equipment onsite, taking the client’s process into account.

Equipment Removal and Installation
Our site teams support the removal of old components and installation of new or refurbished equipment. Site work is planned in close co-operation with our customers, to adhere to specific shut-down time frames.
Planned and Break-down Maintenance
SPS has dedicated site teams to support customers with planned and unplanned maintenance or breakdowns.
We aim to support our customers to reduce down-time, increase mean time between failures and reduce time to repairs. This is achieved by utilising skilled and experienced resources and close collaboration with our customers during routine maintenance inspections and reporting.
Routine maintenance
SPS provide routine maintenance support to customers, tailored to customer needs. Routine maintenance can be scheduled on an ad-hoc basis or predetermined inspections followed by planned maintenance schedules and activities.
Process optimisation services
The SPS partnership with Outotec gives us access to state-of-the-art monitoring and control system, to:
- Improve process control, process stability and product quality.
- Extends the operations and life expectancy of various components.
- Provides various interface platforms, including full digitalisation services, for remote support.
Scrubber ducting cleaning service
Dust from raw materials is carried away from processes with the off gases. Dust accumulation can have a significant impact on plant process and air quality.
In addition to maintenance services, SPS also offers scrubber cleaning services. SPS offers routine cleaning services to remove the accumulation of dust particles in scrubber systems.
